We currently deliver orders within Pakistan. Delivery availability depends on your location and the courier service.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 working days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and other circumstances.

3. Delivery Time

• Karachi: Same-day delivery may be available for eligible orders placed before 3:00 PM, depending on your location and delivery availability. Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be delivered the next day.

• Other cities in Pakistan: Delivery generally takes around 2–3 working days after dispatch, but may take longer depending on the destination and courier service.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges start from Rs. 250 and may vary depending on your delivery location and order. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout, where available.

5. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, we will share it with you by email or another available communication method once your order has been dispatched.

6. Store Pickup in Karachi

Customers may select store pickup at checkout, where available.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number when placing your order. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be re-delivered due to incorrect address details or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or any item is missing, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs, where applicable. We will review the issue and assist according to our policies.
