Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

SVBazaar.pk provides returns, replacements, and refunds under the following conditions.

1. Returns

We accept return claims only if:

• The item received was not included in your order.

• The item has a manufacturing defect.

Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. The item must be sent back in its original packaging within 3 working days.

Claims that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Replacements

If you receive an incorrect item, you may request a replacement or refund. If you choose a replacement, we will deliver the replacement item free of charge.

3. Refunds

If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, we will advise you of the available refund method. Refunds will be processed within 15–30 days.
