SVBazaar.Pk return, Replacements and refund policy.
Returns:
We accept returns only if:
- The disputed item was not in your order list.
- had a production imperfection.
All such items must be reported within 24 hours of the receipt of your order for a refund/ replacement claim and must be sent to us in their original packing within 3 working days.
Any claims that do not meet these criteria will not be entertained.
Replacements:
You reserve the right to demand replacement/ refund for incorrect item(s). If you choose a replacement, we will deliver such item(s) free of charge.
Refund:
However, if you choose to claim a refund, we will offer you a refund method and will refund the amount in question within 15 to 30 days.
