Shipping / Delivery Policy

SVBazaar.pk process orders quickly 1 to 2 days for Karachi and 2 to 3 days for all pakistan. Enjoy same day delivery in Karachi for orders placed before 3:00 PM. We offer flat rate shipping, store pickup in Karachi and easy returns within 14 days.

Order Processing

In Karachi:

  • It takes 1 to 2 working days to process your order.
  • You will get an email when your order is on its way!

Outside Karachi (Rest of Pakistan):

  • It takes 2 to 3 working days to process your order.
  • You will get an email once it is on the way!

Store Pickup

SV Bazaar Pickup Location:

  • Address: D26/B, Nagina Square, Block G, North Nazimabad, Karachi, Sindh 74600, Pakistan.

  • You can choose store pickup when you place your order.

  • We will email or call you when your order is ready for pickup!

Delivery Information

  • Same-day Delivery (in Karachi):

    • If you order before 3:00 PM, we will deliver it the same day (depending on your location).
    • Orders after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

  • Real-time Tracking:

    • You will get an email with tracking details when your order is on its way.

Flat Rate Shipping

  • Shipping Fee: Starts at Rs. 250 (it may vary based on your location).
  • Orders usually ship in 2 to 3 working days via a 3rd Party Carrier.
  • We currently only ship within Pakistan.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • Returns: You can return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. We will refund your order and will just minus the shipping costs.

  • Damaged Items: If your order is damaged, contact us immediately at support@svbazaar.pk with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will try our best to work towards your satisfactory solution.
